*HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) rates are subject to change quarterly. Quarterly is defined as a calendar quarter beginning January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1. Rates are a half percent below prime with 4.25% APR (Annual Percentage Rate) being the floor rate. 15% APR being the ceiling rate. Rates are then rounded up to the next 0.25%.
