Position Summary

To represent the Credit Union in a professional manner when greeting members and the general public on the
phone and in person, insuring that they are directed to someone who can provide them with assistance.

  • Conducts self in professional manner; is courteous and civil to everyone, following through on

all commitments. Greets the public when they come in the Credit Union. Determines their needs
and directs them to the appropriate team member. Assists with general inquiries regarding, but
not limited to, online banking, account balance and general account information. Identifies cross
sell opportunities and offers appropriate products and services.

  • Answers vendor, member and potential member's general questions and/or directs them to the

appropriate team member.

  • Ensures the appropriate records are maintained and the required paperwork is completed


  • Performs other job related duties as assigned.


One year to three years of similar or related experience.

Education Requirements

A high school education or GED.
