(What would be expected of you)

As a team member your job duties include having fun daily while being a positive influence on nearly everyone you meet. You will use these skills to develop community ties in the Grimes area growing the membership and business for your office as well as exceeding member’s expectations in retail financial transactions including consumer lending, deposit operations, and sales. You’ll operate independently with little or no day-to-day supervision working in an office of two, with the responsibility of motivating, managing, coaching and mentoring your team member. Qualified candidates must have prior consumer lending and supervisory experience.


Typical things you would do

*Promote deposit and loan growth through relationships with local individuals and businesses.

*Review and develop strategic plans in relation to the center’s goals and the overall goals of the Credit Union

*Coordinate, integrate and supervise all branch functions to provide delightfully unexpected service to members.

*Participate on the management team by contributing ideas and concerns.

*Provide effective communication regarding policy and procedure changes, new promotions, etc.

*Interview and make hiring recommendations.

*Provide guidance, coaching, and counseling to staff and perform evaluations for the Unbanking Center personnel.

*Maintain compliance for all Center operations

*Manage the facility, with responsibility for its overall physical maintenance.
