What you will do: 

Our team and mortgage loan portfolio are both GROWING! You will help lead and transform our mortgage servicing department in the right direction!

Your role ensures our mortgage servicing department provides a seamless member experience that is unimaginably positive. This means using excellent communication skills when answering incoming requests from members as well as recommending ways to streamline servicing tasks.

You’ll plan and coordinate daily activities by prioritizing work to meet deadlines and goals, monitoring work in progress and making adjustments as needed. This will include setting up loans within the servicing system, ensuring the collection of monthly mortgage payments, and paying property tax bills and insurance premiums on time. 

Requirements

Knowledge and Skills you should have:

Experience

Three plus year prior mortgage experience required

One or more years experience servicing mortgage loans invested by Fannie Mae or Freddi Mac required

Prior leadership experience is preferred

Skills

Effective, task oriented communicator and team player with a desire to lead and work with others. Must have that natural ability to smile through thick and thin with a “no task is too big or too small” attitude and “get it done right” mentality.  Self-motivated with a strong desire to continually learn and improve with an “in it to win it” mindset.
