Notice for Members with Automatic/Direct Deposits
Due to the recent system upgrade process, automatic/direct deposit transactions for your checking or savings account could be affected.
OK. What happened?
If you currently have an automatic/direct deposit in place that is split into separate accounts, these deposits may have been allocated to the wrong account. Community Choice Credit Union is currently working diligently to correct these errors.
These deposits are being deposited in its entirety into checking or savings and not allocating as initially set-up. Until a correction is in place, please take the following action:
- Log in to your account and transfer funds into the correct accounts
- Or call in to member service to assist
If you incur any overdrafts or fees during this time period, please call or stop by your local Community Choice Credit Union location and we will make any corrections necessary.
