New Online Banking - Delayed

We just can't release it until it's awesome!

Good news and bad news.

We wanted to give you the early Christmas present of a new, improved, user-friendly and super-awesome online banking portal and mobile app! 

The good news is that we’re going to have a new online banking experience soon.

The bad news is that it is going to be delayed.

We will not be going live December 5th, as planned.

 

What happened?

Unfortunately, during final testing of our new online banking and mobile app (originally scheduled to deploy December 5th) we identified several issues that we didn’t feel would provide the best experience to you, our members. We are working with our vendor to get those issues corrected as quickly as possible.

We are truly dedicated to creating the best possible experiences for our members and while we recognize this delay may be a bit frustrating, we want to ensure that we deliver the best quality, most user-friendly service without cutting any corners.

 

When will we go live?

At this time, we don’t have an anticipated date for final rollout. We’ll communicate that as these issues are resolved and we feel confident in the final product. Thank you for your patience. It means a lot.
