We Just Opened Over
3,200 Offices.
You can now
gain access to your Community Choice Credit Union accounts via
branch locations across the country. Community Choice Credit
Union has joined the Credit Union Service Corporation (CUSC).
This shared branching cooperative allows Community Choice
members to access their accounts in person via branch locations
across the United States. You can conduct business at
participating credit union branches as if the credit union was a
Community Choice office. These offices will allow you as a
Community Choice member to:
- Make
deposits
- Make cash
and check withdrawals
- Make loan
payments
- Make
transfers from and to any account
- Purchase
Money Orders, Traveler’s Checks, and Official Checks
- Obtain
cash advances and balance inquiries
It’s easy to
identify which credit unions are part of the Shared Service
Centers, just look for the CU Service Centers swirl locate to
the right. You can also find a list of the CU Service Centers
across the United States by going to
www.cuservicecenters.org.
To transact
business at a Shared Service Center, let them know that you are
a member of Community Choice Credit Union and be ready to show a
valid photo ID. It’s just that easy.
So, whether you
are traveling outside of the area or if you are moving from the
area, be confident that you can still have access to your
Community Choice Credit Union accounts. We don’t want location
to keep you from enjoying the credit union difference, so enjoy

Know the Difference Between
Credit and Debit…IT COULD COST YOU!
When using your
Visa® Check Card for a retail purchase, you will be given a
choice between debit (Point of Sale transactions using your PIN)
or credit (signature transaction).
Always choose credit! In both
cases, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from your
checking account. But here are the differences:
Debit
transactions
are processed through the ATM network. You enter
your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and the purchase cost
is deducted from your checking account. However, by using a PIN
based transaction your maximum
liability is $50 on unauthorized transactions, if you
notify us within 2 days, it could be $500 if it takes up to 60
days to notify us, and your liability could be unlimited if it
takes you 60 days or longer to notify us.
Credit
transactions
are processed through the Visa® network. You sign
for the purchase, the purchase cost is deducted from your
checking account. However, on credit transactions, you have
no liability on unauthorized
transactions!
So when asked to
choose between debit and credit, always choose credit!
